Looking through the new eyes...

We've all had insightful moments. That moment or moments, may not have lasted as long as you would have liked. Often after a healing I will remind people to look through the new eyes. Any form of healing or insight involves a shift in your perceptions about what was previously a fixed way of being.

Put simply - you see something clearer than you did before.

How can this moment or this feeling last?

Well there's no one answer to this question. All I have to say is:

Look through the new eyes...

Live your truth

Public Speaking...

Look at it as an opportunity to share something is true to you.

You have control over what you are speaking about so whether it is work related or University related share what is true to you about the topic. See it as something you have control over - don't let it be directed. 

Much of what we are 'asked' to do we often lose our power and as a result it often becomes an unenjoyable experience.

So:

May it be fun

May it be a truth to you

May it be a time to connect

May your truth inspire
